I live in a place where trains pass by often and they’re usually carrying coal.
If we see one while out and about, I’ll ask those with me, “do you know kind of train that is?”

About 15 years ago, I switched to open faced PB& J sandwiches. Each slice of bread gets peanut butter first, then jam or preserves on top. It’s perfect.
