Yep, that’s a stroad for you. You fix those by either removing lanes and adding traffic calming measures, or isolating it from the surrounding businesses.

Hopefully they offer a collector’s edition with physical goods again. I did that for GW2 just to have something on my shelves after moving.
Prime candidate for a roundabout conversion.

Stop calling them federal agents. They are, by legal definition, domestic terrorists.
The Department of Homeland Security defines terrorism as a premeditated threat or act of violence, against persons, property, environmental, or economic targets, to induce fear or to intimidate, coerce or affect a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof…[1]

Between this and the large swathes of asphalt for driving and parking, of course every city is boiling hot.
Stop routing highways through cities and start making bike lanes, dammit!

So shrink 'em down then. They’re only that big due to the old CARB or CAFE regulations anyways (I forget which), and those are gone now too. So you can sell them domestically at that smaller size too.
In fact, I’m curious on what the size and weight limits are, and if the Slate truck will fit within them. It’ll be awesome if it can sell as-is with no modifications.

Or protected bike paths.
Or trams and LRTs.
Or even just some goddamn EV subsidies again.

Perfect opportunity for someone to deploy some spray paint.
Oh hey, a second reason to carry a schrader valve tool in my bike storage! Time to give every car here a pair of flat left tires.

Sounds like an improvement to me.

Easy check, grab a voltmeter and do it yourself.
Pull the plug, set voltmeter to AC, and read the voltage across the prongs. If you get anything over the usual float voltage you get from just holding the probes ungrounded, then you have a problem.
Redundancies and failsafes are always a best practice in engineering work. This is no different.

If I’m reading it right, it’s kinda like how that one guy “hacked” 70,000 robot vacuums. Bad scope limits.
Game uses token to do the rich presence stuff, and instead of just getting a confirmation back, it gets everything.

Well, even a broken clock is right twice a day.
Still not planning on buying any of their games, but if this move encourages more overall Linux developments… Well, we can’t let perfect be the enemy of good.

I mean, yeah? You give anything a connection to a global network with billions of people, and there will always be a chance for it to be exploited. Hell, even my personal OpenVPN instance for remotely accessing my home servers has to fend off attacks.
This is why my next vehicle will be a slate truck. Zero internet connectivity by default, and updates can be done via USB-C from a phone (which can be vetted as needed).

I’ve had a couple good roubustas, but it is a fickle breed to roast. If done wrong, even a medium roast will come out tasting like Folger’s. Moderately higher quality Folger’s due to the freshness, of course, but still Folger’s.

There used to be a few branches like that on the sidewalk to my grocery store. I just bought a pair of shears and read up on how to prune safely.

Walkable and bikeable, please. While it is nice to be able to exercise and explore, sometimes I just need to transport a few bags worth of groceries, and carrying bags for over an hour is not fun.
I’ll take a bike and some pannier bags please.
Ooh, yeah. Frontage roads, roundabouts, and speed humps.
