Removing consideration (and clearly disclosing a free AMOE) keeps your sweepstakes on the right side of the law.

Now before you say “but how is this different from magic cards”, the fact that the only thing that WOTC or Topps or Nintendo are offering you is purchasing their cards to either play the game or commemorate your favorite players. You get the physical cards that you paid for with no further value.

My pc was 8 years old and I had already planned on upgrading so when the prices started going up I got a microcenter CPU/mobo/ram bundle that was still reasonably priced. Really depends on the fit. If the induction pads sit on your head properly the sound is honestly better than similarly priced earbuds, with the added bonus of no occlusion sounds, which I hate. I get the best results with mine when I wear them under over-ear nose protection earmuffs. Also they can be drowned out easily by regular sounds like traffic. I took them on a flight and couldn’t hear a thing over the engine nose.

If the games are using the music in violation of copyright and valve acquired it and is selling it, the distribution rights part of copyright law allows the copyright owner to sue anyone in the supply chain. If the music was originally licensed properly, then PRS is just looking for a settlement.

Once you purchase a legally distributed work, you are protected by the first sale doctrine, which allows you to do pretty much whatever you want with your single copy.
