    If that many vehicles are “speeding,” perhaps the limit is too low for the road design and surrounding infrastructure. Just a thought.

      If there is a speed limit, everyone is supposed to follow that.

      That’s just how the law works.

        That’s just it though, laws aren’t always right. That’s why jury nullification exists.
