I posted my idea for this a few weeks back here, and [email protected] suggested making a video about it, so here it is!
As far as I remember the most accepted theory by the lore community was that the Shadow Realms was where the “ocean gap” in the Lands Between is. I mean one of the hints was how the giants’ remains got from the Mountains all the way to the North down to Caelid
