Things like medicine are getting hit hard due to the US government not caring to fund things anymore. Actually, pretty much everything on this list seems to stem from bad governmental polocy.
Most of these fall into the category of “fuck you, there’s no serious competition to the biggest provider, after the merger was approved”.
