I’m pretty sure I’m younger than you, but I was also taught cursive in school, with quite the same result, aside from the fact that I’m very much not a physician (beyond the usual internet wisecrack “I spent ten minutes reading questionable articles online and will now lecture you on a disease I didn’t even know existed before my toilet break” expertise).
