Image Toolbox on Android (available on F-Droid) is awesome and has lots of little bits for editing images, collaging, simple sketching, etc.! Super useful. And there are lots of dedicated drawing apps if you’re an artist, but those usually work better on a tablet w/ a stylus
I’m still looking for an online tool that will auto-arrange text in to speech bubbles. That used to be a feature on the old “Red Meat” comic creator, but it seems strangely hard to find these days…

ooh. I do use image toolbox for shrinking and converting images to other formats.
Didn’t occur to me that you can add text to images, draw, and make collages etc. It covers everything I need to get stared. Thank you!
No problem! The developer had added like 50 something bits in there, so it can do quite a lot.
