Yeah, who’d have thought that the class of people famous for hoarding their wealth would not stimulate the economy much? Trickle down economics my ass. Lmao

You’re not wrong. I’ve just heard it’s any game that uses battle eye. I know Destiny 2 and marathon don’t work for that reason. Not that im playing marathon lol
This was actually really helpful, of course there’s no way of knowing if games releasing in the future will work or not, but it does seem like a lot of my games will work with the exception of Destiny 2.

What I’m getting from that statement is that they are releasing the campaign at launch and there will be no online for a while or they won’t make online and continue supporting GTAO. I have no idea how you got what you’re saying from the phrase “single player experience” that’s literally a term devs have been using for over a decade and it’s never meant it’s a half asses campaign slapped onto multiplayer. Cyber punk is a single player experience. It’s a common enough term that you should be able to understand it but instead you’re lashing out at anyone asking you why you think what you think instead of actually explaining your reasoning. So here I am, one more person who’s not gonna ask you to explain it because you can just say what you wanna say instead of playing “pull my finger” lmao

I’m excited to play Star Fox, but I don’t own a switch 2 yet, but I should be able to get one relative soon. Currently I’m playing Mechwarrior 5: mercenaries on PC and loving it. Also picked up cities skylines on sale and enjoy it but I also suck at it. And I’m playing final fantasy 4 pixel remaster in the evenings on my switch. I’ve never played a final fantasy game and own the 1-6 remaster bundle on switch. So hopefully this is the game to finally get me into the series.

Yeah some of these games look genuinely fun but I have like 1 friend and I can’t even get him to play the same game as me lmao
Damn I’m a tech illiterate person but got a 6600xt with a ryzen 5. Should I also be running Linux? The only thing I know about it is I can’t play some games which kind of makes me hesitant.

Yeah I’ve lived in CA for about 10 years now and have loved it, but the new laws they are passing are making it extremely likely that I’ll be moving soon. Especially with tje fact that we are either getting either Becerra who’s in Big AI and Big Oils pocket.

Well whatever the reasons/terminology, it doesn’t change the fact that people simply can’t afford to spend ridiculous amounts on luxury/optional purchases. I know a lot of people across the U.S. who are choosing between food and rent. As for myself, I’m a disabled veteran and only get so much in disability per month. With my wife being laid off, I have exactly enough to pay rent and buy groceries every month and that’s about it. I understand what you’re saying, but unless people’s wages are actually adjusted for this new economy, these companies are going to lose money. It’s not a matter of want, it’s a matter of literally not having the money to spend.

The price does line up with current pre builds but from what I’ve seen the performance is less than that of a ps5. You can’t even play cyberpunk 2077 on max settings on the SM so I don’t imagine it will run things like GTA6 and future AAA games that well.

I’m curious to see whether companies will actually reduce prices back to the norm after the bubble pops tbh. Historically, inflation only goes one way.
What version would you recommend? I only know about proton which seems to be best for running most games. I know I’ve read where winds meet runs on proton
