A Canadian Province? This is worded as if it could’ve been any province and not just Ontario
I can’t get myself to not see the nose in the last panel as a little smile
And they don’t pester you if you cover the camera either, and you have more control on whether they’re online too.

Who gets to vote on what’s a protected class?
In the movie she’s 16, so it’s maybe slightly better.
Yeah I think that’s the intention, but it looks like they are holding the phone away from their mouth so the body language combined with the ambiguous text can easily be interpreted as them just talking to themselves out loud as the phone rings for the 10th time or goes to voicemail.
The joke would be more clear if they’re just talking to themselves without the phone at all. It looks like they could be talking to themselves while the phone has been ringing for a long time or going to voicemail.
Or you could change the text so it’s more clear they’re talking to someone on the phone and not to themself. Something like “yeah, they didn’t answer” in the first panel.

I use an adblocker, but would like to financially support the creators that create the content I consume. Blank CDs back in the day supposedly had a surcharge built in to cover piracy and I like the idea of something like that. Not sure how it would work, maybe some sort of “toll” system where instead of an ad I pay the amount the advertisers did to not see it.
There’s no way that advertisers are paying as much as it would cost me to subscribe to everything, so why can’t I pay that amount to serve myself “blank” (nonexistent) ads? Or just an extra surcharge that goes to creators and I’ll just keep using the adblocker guilt free.

Can we also add a surcharge so I never have to see an ad again?
Is that right-angle traffic light a common thing? I’ve never seen one like that before.

He’s so dumb he thinks it works both ways. Just because Israel tells you what to do doesn’t mean they’ll let you tell them what to do.
Yes, 13th Warrior is what I was referencing, glad it was noticed.

Miles Morales is an interesting example of the trope though, as the other spider-heroes don’t have the electrical powers while he does.
On Spider-Man, Electro isn’t black in the comics but was in Amazing Spider-Man which is also maybe a hint of the trope.
Alternatively, go on a long boat journey and listen; you’ll eventually understand the language.
That’s nice of the therapist to cheer them on from the crowd

Knee-chee
It probably needs to be if they have any hope of recouping what they’ve spent
