It’s not that anyone can stop someone from making porn instances, it’s that federating with them also means mirroring their content, which can be a liability headache. But the instances you mention also refuse to federate with porn on principle.

I don’t think they mean bully in the dog sense. I’m not going to go looking for the comm to try to confirm, but I suspect it’s a degradation kink thing, not beastiality.

I mean, if you look at the actual posts it should become clear if they’re talking about dogs. I don’t know why one would jump to the conclusion of this being about bestiality when “bully” is far more commonly used to describe an abusive person, I didn’t even know what a “bully” in the context of dogs meant until a minute ago. If you haven’t looked at the actual posts you probably shouldn’t be spreading an unsubstantiated claim that this is a community for people wanting to fuck dogs.

Edit: Since this is a Lemmit community it is just archiving new or hot posts from a Reddit community. Therefore I was able to search up the community on Reddit and can indeed confirm that it’s about a bully as in a mean person. Many posts are in the context of cuckoldry or similar, but yes it is about adult humans having sex with eachother, and not about dogs at all.
