I believe he’s the antichrist. Not in the biblical sense. But in the he’s as evil a human as they come.
Humans make up entities to stuff into these evil men to be able to justify their actions.
Out of all the horrors I have seen, both fiction and non fiction…even shows where they have demons and ghost and angels and all the little delights to cast the blame on…the moments where it’s just a human being human and doing horrible things to other humans…those are the most horrifying.

considering that the antichrist in revelation was very clearly Nero… the answer is no.
the other ‘antichrist’ figures in books like Daniel were other historical figures, contemporary to when those books were written.
