  • 100% it is. Between nobody needing it cuz you can have 3 plants flowering and 3 plants vegging in a constant once a month harvest that only 1 household needs to grow to supply like 5 houses worth of weed. California is the benchmark and according to a report i read 3-5ish years ago, California was doing 90% of its cannibus tales illegally or without license. When NY rolled out legislation it was exactly the same time Cuomo was getting the boot and the Recreational Cannibus departartment was left holding their seeds and stems in their hands and no direction because everyone in charge got turned over. The first red flag was when every other house on the reservations started putting up amish sheds with weed 4 sale signs. Thats when I knew anyone within 50 miles of a res isnt guna but weed from a licensed NY dispensary. Then i learned that part of the NYS deal with the seneca nation was that they dont need to pay for electric on the res. They have their own niagra power damn lines ran directly to the res and when all surrounding towns lose power because a main line came down, the res is always lit like a xmas tree. So between saving on the licensing costs and #1 operating cost for growing weed, it makes it really really really hard to find better priced weed anywhere with a license.

With that being said there is a good portion of rural potheads racist enough to believe the indians are lacing their weed. But that all stems from the made up stories that drug dealers are lacing joints with fentanyl. All just made up stories to make the narrative they like fit the mold they want it to fit.

My bet is that the cannibus statistics get locked in the same vault as the S.A.F.E. Act statistics that NYS wont release regardless of how many FOIL applications you submit for it. If it doesnt make the state look good then it doesnt exist.

  • not every material containing asbestos is an immediate and incredibly dangerous health hazard (provided it’s just sitting there).

Ill 1 up ya, asbestos is in almost everything you come in contact with on a daily baises. Home built between 1800’s and 1980? Asbestos in everything. Car parts = asbestos. Basically anything being made not to burn, has used or still uses asbestos. Its drastically less dangerous than what most people like to believe. Left alone, its fuckin harmless and will be hamless for as long as its left be. So dont freak out thinking you need to replace all your insulation in your old farm house cuz you prolly creating a problem that never wouldve became a problem.

The only real live person I ever knew to get mesothelioma was my grandfather who worked as a plasterer his whole life. They used to spray the shit with their stucko, mask-less, with cigs hanging out their mouth. He got it in his 80’s and lived a very long very full life. Its one if the silliest things people choose to worry about.

  • You mean aside from making billions off of spying on people without their conscent? I guess its not as creepy that its publicly known, most of the data collection and targeted ad marketing was also predominantly children and teens. So i guess that excuses the other fact, that most of the targeted ads preyed on children and teens who showed signs of mental health symptoms. Its all good tho, its the world qe live in, errybody spying on errybody.

So breezing over all the known-knowns, how about the simple fact he has paid out billions of dollars of fines for breaking the law to continue spying on people.

  • If you are asking about the USA then it depends what prison tier you work at (county, state or federal) cross referenced with what tier you got charged at (same 3 tiers basically). If you work at a county jail/prison but commit a federal offense and get sentenced, tou go to federal penitentiary. Its more c9mmon to go up not down. If you are at a federal lever occupationally, your offenses will likely get you aentenced at the federal level. I think itd be pretty hard to go from federally employed but sentenced at a county level. Its just not how our penal code of corruption works.

Youd never get to keep your job while serving time. At least not at a CO level. There are scrnarios where, for example, a prison fire marshal could get charged and sentenced to the se prispn they worked at and also join the inmate fire marshal program/job they usually offer in exchange for time off sentence. But you def dont go home and you def dont keep your pre-felony salary

  • Honestly what isnt a bad approach, buying one used from a hobbyist. You get the full run down of the machine, rarely with a sales pitch and they arent afraid to tell you what theyre selling is NOT what you should be looking for. You also arent, normally, going to be buying a machine with tons and tons of miles on them. Most find craigslist because the machine’s owner upgraded or realized how long its been on a shelf for. Never bought 3d printer but have bought tons of tools like my cnc router, 2 desktop lathes, laser cutter and press brake, all small models I found not really needing them but always looking out for them… I learn more just going to look at them than i do running them loljkjk. Ive ran into this buying used cars too. There is a weird niche of things that cost so much new that most buying them are die hard hobbyists or trying to start a job shop. Either way they know so much about the machine youre buying amd love telling you everything they did with it.

  • So theyre hetting rid of the last bit hop3 of supply and demand. This is the exact shit the clearance aisle was made for. Price to the market and what ypu over buy or over price, must come down tp protect from cost of money being accrued from stale inventory.

Which brings us to a landmark:

    1. The middle class shrinking at unrecoverable rate.
    2. Privatly owned bussnesses about entirely bought up by corporate aquisitions.
    3. The gap between the corporate chief officer and the employees who make their machine run is too large to catch up to by any individual not in the securities, equity and insurances industry.
    4. While they couldve been using AI to automate the menial time consuming so boring a toddler could do it roles, corporate America cant see that far from their char to know what those jobs are anymore…
    5. They insread looked at their financial sheet and stuffed it into the area of every business that has no hope of on paper showing a roi, which is customer support.

Its like bingo for the 2050 american version of the French Revolution. A perfect dome of miserable enduser consumers complaining to the empty voidvthat was customer service, anout the void in their empty wallets because the board members who laid their entire skilled workforce off for unionizing … is the samr faceless board who laid you off.

No middle class✅️. Unfathomably wealthy Bourgeois who are .05% of population✅️, who legally bribed the politicians thru lobbying✅️, protecting them from any and all consequences✅️, all thr while fires from the social unrest continue to burn✅️ VIVA LA REVELUCION!!! or however the fuck you spell it

  • That is far from the universal standard especially for non-s&p500 companies who compete against the prices set by the s&p500 companies. In competative markets/industries the importing party doesnt always have controll over when their order ships and what the tariff rates will be at time of shipment. It takes 3-6 months for large import orders to be dwlivered with landed price adjustments. The list price isnt going to fluctuate with every penny movement. The price is dictated by the market price and share of market a company holds. So a lot of times the tariff shock isnt going to find its way to the list price in any less than 3-6month time span. To reiterate, this is for products in a competative market. Your iphones, pc parts, game consoles are not competstive markets. The pipe fitting valve (PVF) industry is a v9mpetative industry. Hundreds of mfgers, accross hundreds if not thousands of skus
